Working at GirlsFirst and GirlsFirst Junior

Working at GirlsFirst is a chance to interact with girls helping them to grow, make new friends, and pursue their passion of learning!

How to Apply

Teaching Applicants are asked to complete the online application and email a copy of their resume to the director. The application will ask for list two references – one professional and one personal. References will be contacted before hiring; there is no need for written letters of recommendation. However, if you do have a written letter, you may send that to the director along with your resume.

RA and Jr. RA applicants must also complete the online application. The application asks for two references by non-family members who can attest to your qualifications as a young woman able to work with teenagers and with other camp staff. Please ask them to return the completed reference form directly to the GirlsFirst Office via email to girlsfirst@madeira.org.
