Important Dates

The 2019-2020 Important Dates schedule is posted below. Please keep these important dates in mind as you make travel arrangements.

When booking flights, schedule travel at least two hours after the noted release time, three hours for international travel. Girls may not depart until after their last obligation (class, activity, sport or theater practice). Please check the calendar for the most up-to-date information.

*Community Weekends are weekend in which all boarding students are required to stay on campus. There will be school events and outings planned for this weekend.

** Possible Saturday Classes are dates held for possible Saturday classes in the event a make-up day is needed because of snow or other school closures. All students must be available to attend school this day if needed.

Preseason participants include: all JV and Varsity athletes, Riders, all students auditioning for the fall play and members of Dance Select (returning dancers only)

M-F 19-23 4:00 6:00 p.m. Optional Strength & Conditioning for new and returning student athletes. 
(Dorms are not open.)
Th 22 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Invited student leaders move in and register; boarding and day student leader training begins 3:00 p.m.
F 23 Student Leader Training continues, 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Registration and Move-in for Returning Boarding Students Taking the August SAT 
Sa 24 2:30 p.m.-6:30p.m. Registration and Move-in for All Returning Boarding Students Who Are SWING Sisters

2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Registration and Move-In for Returning Preseason Boarding & Day Students who are not SWINGS (Select Dancers, Athletes, Riders and Actors trying out for a fall varsity sport or auditioning for the fall play)
