Important Dates

The 2020-2021 Important Dates schedule is posted below.
Due to the fluid nature of the 20-21 school year, this page will continue to be updated throughout the school year. Currently, this page reflects the calendar for Modules 1-3. The remainder of the calendar will be posted at a later date. We ask that you check this page regularly for updates.

2020 Fall Varsity Tryouts and Auditions

Athletics: While there will be no official/traditional preseason we still want to take advantage of the time to be fit and ready. In mid-August, girls will receive a combination of independent workouts (stretches, conditioning, nutrition etc.) and a schedule for synchronous virtual workout sessions with members of the Athletics Department and their sport-specific coach.

Riding: Similar to the asynchronous academic model, Riding will have virtual preseason programming for girls during the week(s) prior to the return to school. This will consist of webinars, workouts, and stables orientation from your instructors.

Dance Select: Select dancers will access a series of videos to learn choreography and conditioning as well as daily activities to “check in” with the group starting the week of August 24.

Fall Play: The Fall Play will require auditioning students to read the play and post a response/discussion post to the TEAMs site starting the week of August 24. Students will have access to warm up videos, auditioning information, and production information. The actors will then submit a video audition and initial cuts will be made from those submissions. Callbacks and casting will happen in person on campus starting September 2.

2020-2021 Important Dates

When booking flights, schedule travel at least two hours after the noted release time, three hours for international travel. Girls may not depart until after their last obligation (class, activity, sport or theater practice). Please check the calendar for the most up-to-date information.
