Sophomores perform Romeo and Juliet

March 21, 2014

For the 35th annual Shakespeare Festival, the English Department chose the most well-known of Shakespeare’s plays, Romeo and Juliet. Part way into reading the play, sophomores are assigned scenes and parts. Some students get to be directors, some have large roles, and some have small ones; every girl in the sophomore class participates in the festival. As you will notice, girls get to choose themes for their scenes. Enjoy a few clips of the festival here >>
