The Madeira Fund

An important source of unrestricted funds to the School’s operation, the Madeira Fund helps us bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of a Madeira education.

The Madeira Fund is the School’s annual giving program. Gifts are put to use immediately and have a direct and crucial impact on every girl's experience.

Our Progress

  • Area of greatest need
  • Athletics
  • Co-Curriculum

How to Get Involved

The Madeira Fund relies on an active group of volunteers who are vital to our strong participation and fundraising successes. We greatly appreciate the time and talent these people share with us. If you would like to become involved you could:

Be a Class Agent

Class agents are alumnae representatives who contact classmates on behalf of The Madeira Fund.

Join The Madeira Fund Parents Committee

This committee of current parents contact their peers in support of The Madeira Fund.

Participate in the young alumnae phonathon

Alumnae in their first five years come back to campus at designated times of year to call on other alumnae to participate in The Madeira Fund.

If you are interested in volunteering please email madeirafund@madeira.org or call the Development Office at 703-556-8221. We would love to have you!
