Register for Reunion Weekend

If you have any special requests including dietary restrictions, allergies, etc., you must contact the Alumnae Relations office at madeiraalumnae@madeira.org or 703-556-8221.

Please complete the registration form as fully as possible. 

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, registration fees may be refunded or converted into a Madeira Fund gift, if requested, until April 16, 2017. 

Important note: There will be no printed schedules provided at registration check-in!

Please use our app by going to madeira.sched.com from your smartphone. Pin this page to your home screen and select Reunions from the filter options. From there you will see a listing of all of the sessions, school store hours, lunch locations, etc. Click on any session and you will see details that include: speaker name, photo, bio, location, and time.

Option 1: All Inclusive Weekend (April 28-29)

Includes all activities and meals on Friday and Saturday for all classes EXCEPT the Class of 2012 (Class of 2012 discounted tickets below). Cost is $200 per person.

Option 2: Friday Only (April 28)

Includes all activities and meals for all classes EXCEPT the Class of 2012 on Friday only (Class of 2012 discounted tickets below). Cost is $100 per person.

Option 3: Saturday Only (April 29)

Includes all activities and meals for all classes EXCEPT the Class of 2012 on Saturday only (Class of 2012 discounted tickets below). Cost is $100 per person.

Option 4: Class of 2012- All Inclusive Weekend (April 28-29)

Includes all activities and meals on Friday and Saturday for the Class of 2012. Cost is $100 per person.

Option 5: Class of 2012- Friday Only (April 28)

Includes all activities and meals on Friday for the Class of 2012. Cost is $50 per person.

Option 6: Class of 2012- Saturday Only (April 29)

Includes all activities and meals on Saturday only for the Class of 2012. Cost is $50 per person.

Child Registration- All Inclusive Weekend (April 28-29)

Includes all activities and meals on Friday and Saturday for children between the ages of 6-18. Cost is $50 per child.

Child Registration- Friday Only (April 28)

Includes all activities and meals on Friday for children between the ages of 6-18. Cost is $25.

Child Registration- Saturday Only (April 29)

Includes all activities and meals on Saturday for children between the ages of 6-18. Cost is $25.

Reunion Class Gift/The Madeira Fund

Please consider joining your classmates in making a special gift to The Madeira Fund in honor of your Reunion. Each gift given or pledged to Madeira will count toward your Reunion Class Gift Total. Participation in The Madeira Fund is essential to Madeira’s strength and continued success. Through annual giving you have the opportunity to enrich and expand the choices for Madeira girls who follow in your footsteps.
