Congratulations on your acceptance to Madeira! You may be wondering, "Now what do I do?" Below is a timeline to guide you and your family through the enrollment and registration process. Links to letters and forms will be added as they are distributed.
First...Sign-up for Revisit Day!
During Revisit Day, we welcome you and your family to campus for a day full of activities to help you learn more about what Madeira has to offer. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., after which students will spend time in classes, enjoy lunch with current Madeira girls as well as other accepted students, and participate in a D Block activity or sport. Parents, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Madeira through panels, lunch with current Madeira parents, and by taking a class from one of our teachers. Together, we will end the day at 4:00 p.m. with Strawberries and Ice Cream, a Madeira tradition. We look forward to seeing you!
Begin your Academic Registration process and make an appointment to meet with Academic Dean, Ms. M.A. Mahoney. It is very important that you complete these tasks in a timely manner, because you will need to access these accounts to be ready for the coming school year. Submit your photo for the Community Directory, if you haven't already. As a new Madeira student, you'll want to make sure your photo is included in the Community Directory. The Community Directory is the booklet that all parents, students, faculty, and staff at Madeira receive at the beginning of the school year. It is immensely helpful for figuring out who is who as you are making new friends.

In mid-May you and your parents/guardians will receive communication from the Dean of Students Office with instructions to complete several forms. Boarders will need to complete the New Roommate Survey. Parents will need to complete permission forms by logging into My BackPack.
