The Madeira Fund
The Madeira Fund is the most important source of unrestricted funds to The School’s operation, meaning that it helps us bridge the gap between tuition and the cost of operating the school.
Madeira has an $18 million dollar budget each year, and The Madeira Fund gifts help underwrite ten percent of that budget. At the end of each fiscal year, The Madeira Fund returns to zero, which is why a commitment to annual giving by our alumnae, parents, and friends is very important.
