Inspired by Miss Madeira's belief that a girl should be afforded the chance to discover her own identity and voice, Madeira offers each girl a world rich with opportunities. A Madeira girl is encouraged to explore subjects and interests and people that help give shape to the woman she will become. This honing process has occurred, one girl at a time, for one hundred years.
Madeira girls know they are supposed to make haste slowly, but they also know that time passes quickly. In a few short years, girls just learning to read today will visit our campus as prospective students. What will they find? How engaging will the teachers be? Is the School academically challenging? Will the beauty of our campus warm their heart?
