An important source of unrestricted funds to the School’s operation, the Madeira Fund helps us bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of a Madeira education.
The Madeira Fund is the School’s annual giving program. Gifts are put to use immediately and have a direct and crucial impact on every girl's experience.
Many donors are interested in an opportunity to match their personal interests to Madeira’s needs. When you give to The Madeira Fund you can designate your gift to one of several areas of interest:
Take a look through one of our annual reports and you will notice that many of our donors belong to one or more of our Madeira Fund giving clubs. These clubs recognize the following:

The Madeira Fund relies on an active group of volunteers who are vital to our strong participation and fundraising successes. We greatly appreciate the time and talent these people share with us. If you would like to become involved you could:
Class agents are alumnae representatives who contact classmates on behalf of The Madeira Fund.
This committee of current parents contact their peers in support of The Madeira Fund.
Alumnae in their first five years come back to campus at designated times of year to call on other alumnae to participate in The Madeira Fund.
If you are interested in volunteering please contact Director of Annual Giving, Leslie Hutchens at email@example.com or call 703-556-8256. We would love to have you!
