Comprehensive Fee
Madeira has one price that includes tuition, room and board for residents and tuition and meals for day girls; transportation to Co-curriculum internships and interscholastic athletic events, basic health care expenses, and the cost of most School-sponsored academic, athletic, and recreational activities.

Financial Aid
At Madeira, we want to make our program affordable to all qualified students, regardless of financial need. Financial aid is awarded solely on the basis of demonstration financial need.

If you wish to be considered for a financial grant, you must take the following steps:
- Check the appropriate box on your daughter's application form or contact us. The Admissions Office will send you the required forms in November.
- Submit a Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) to School and Student Service (SSS) in Princeton, New Jersey by February 1. Learn more information about School and Student Service for Financial Aid.
- Submit a Madeira School Financial Aid Request Form or Loan Request Form to Madeira by February 15.
- Submit your current year and previous year's Internal Revenue Service Form 1040 and all schedules and W-2 form(s) to Madeira by February 15.

Financial Aid Renewal Procedure
Financial aid awards are granted on a yearly basis and renewals are based on continued demonstrated need. Consideration is also given to the student’s good citizenship, academic progress and extracurricular contributions.
